The first payment of a subscription (Member or Researcher) and any one-off purchase are covered by a 14-day money-back guarantee. Email [email protected] from the address on your account, or use the contact details on your payment receipt, within 14 days of the payment being taken and your payment will be refunded in full.
You can cancel an active subscription at any time to stop future renewals; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and the service remains available until then. Renewal payments after the first are not automatically refundable once the new billing period has started, but you keep access for the period you have paid for. After your paid period ends, your content is kept for a 30-day grace window (so you can re-subscribe or export it) and is then permanently removed. Subscriptions and one-off purchases are handled by our payment provider, Paddle, who acts as the merchant of record. Refunds are issued back to the original payment method through Paddle and may take a few business days to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer. Voluntary donations made via PayPal are gifts and are not refundable.
If a download link or feature you paid for does not work, contact us and we will fix access or refund the affected purchase regardless of the 14-day window — your statutory rights are not affected.
